Soakin Up the Sun

High: Pool Party at my girlfriend's house :) AND A nice family dinner at Moe's :)
Low: Claire woke up on the wrong side of the crib today and was a little moody until after her nap :(


As soon as Claire got up we went over to my girlfriend's house to swim (and enjoy the little bit of summer that we have left). Claire woke up grumpy (which never happens) and wasn't really herself until after her nap. Poor kid is probably just beat from being on the go all the time.

It was really nice to sit around with my friends from work and enjoy the sunshine. I love seeing them all at this point in the summer because it reminds me that going back to work really isn't that bad and we all have a TON of fun together!

Baby Jack was sooo good. He just hung out and napped. And I must say..in looking at this picture, he looks just like his mama!

Check him out a little closer. He has the cutest lips! You should see his legs, they are soooo pinchable!!!!!

Claire had a great time playing with Ally. Ally was so sweet and helpful with Claire. I swear Claire loves to hang out with the big kids.

And we ended the night with a nice dinner at Moe's. Claire LOVES it there, the whole time she says "Welcome to O's!!". It was a great summer day. And now I am off to kick Mark's butt in some scrabble on the patio!
