Today I shopped all day again (still top secret) and got my hair done.  Claire had school and Oliver tagged along with me.  So again, no pics.  But, I did find a picture I took about a month ago of Oliver when he took over My Office.

He got a lot done that day :)

So I have been a slacker in the picture department.  I don't have any pictures from today (or for tomorrow for that matter).  So I just decided to post a some of the random photos that I have taken that don't usually make the cut.

Here is Claire doing what she does best.  Entertaining Oliver.  Most big sisters get jealous when other people pay more attention to their brothers than to them.  Well, Claire gets jealous when Oliver laughs at other people.  She gets right in his face and makes sure that Oliver likes HER best.

Today I did some shopping.  While I have some great stories they must remain top secret because it will ruin someone's Christmas present.  So instead I decided to post a picture of Claire when she was Oliver's age.  So, what do you think?  Do they look alike or not?

Today we just hung out around the house.  Giada came over to play with Claire for a little while and we all just played and had fun.  After Claire's nap we went to dance class and then it was our usual tubbie, book, and bed routine.

Sunday, November 14, 2010 Soccer And The Good Book

HIGH: We got the floor for the dining room :)
LOW: I am getting sick of running around :(

Today we ran around all day again.  I cannot even believe how well behaved my kids have been while we have been dragging them all over the place!  First, we had to run to Daddy's lacrosse practice.  Claire loves to do this because she can run around with a few of the "older" girls (they are like 7 and Claire thinks they are just awesome).  Angelina is favorite buddy!  She has been talking about her non-stop for weeks.  After this we went to a few hardware stores and finally picked out our flooring for the dining room and then enjoyed a delicious Pizza Hut lunch/dinner!  Now we just have to hope and pray that everything comes in on time so that we can have the dining room done by Christmas Eve!

Claire had a blast playing soccer with the other girls.  I will say this, she is pretty good!

She has great form.

After our long day of running around Claire just wanted to relax and read her books.  Well, somehow she decided that her new favorite book was the Bible.  From the minute we got home she grabbed it off the bookshelf and would not put it down.

She got all settled at the kitchen table and read the Bible.

Then when it was bedtime SHE TOOK IT BED WITH HER! 

Saturday, November 13, 2010 The Fuzz

HIGH: We finally bought our dining room set :) AND We had a special visit with Uncle Johnny :)
LOW: Mark went to the Sabres Game so he missed our special visit :(

Today we shopped and shopped and shopped!  We finally bought our dining room set.  There was a little snag with the buffet table but we finally found one that we like that matches our set!  So after shopping all day and both of the kids being SUPER well behaved (thank God) we all headed home for a much needed nap!!  After our nap Daddy went to the Sabres game and I took the kids to my parents for a nice dinner.  After dinner Uncle Johnny showed up with his police car and it was a hit!

Claire could not wait to get outside and see the police car!

He showed her all the gadgets on the inside and how they all worked.

Claire's favorite thing above all else was the lights.  Especially the side light!  She loved that she could move it around.

She thought the flashy lights were pretty cool too.

Claire thought this was all just AWESOME!  

Claire just loves her Uncle Johnny and she was so happy that he came to visit and show her all the cool police stuff.  THANKS UNCLE JOHNNY!

HIGH: We spent this gorgeous day at the park :)
LOW: This was probably the last nice day until the spring :(

Today the weather was GORGEOUS!  I packed up the kids and met the girls and their kids at the park and we spent the whole day there playing.  We even had a picnic lunch, it was wonderful!!

The lighting was wonderful for picture taking so I whipped out my camera and snapped away!  Here is what I got during Oliver's photo shoot.

After the girls ran around on the playground having a blast we enjoyed a great lunch and then took a nice walk.  It was after all of that that we decided to get some group shots of the kids.

So we wiped some faces, smoothed some hair, and positioned the girls.

 After about 72 failed attempts, this one if my favorite.  
Then we decided to try to get all the kids, including the babies.

Even though it is a little blurry and NO ONE is looking at the camera, I love this one.  How sweet is Giada giving Oliver a random kiss...Love it!

Then I tried with just my angels. I am not sure but I don't think Oliver was really into this shot.
Overall, it was a great day!  I will miss the park until the spring but SLEDDING HERE WE COME!!!!

LOW: The dining room set I want doesn't have a buffet table :(

Today the weather was amazing!  Mark and his trusty sidekick Claire worked outside all day. They cut the lawn, raked the leaves, trimmed the bushes, and even put up the Christmas lights.  Claire was super cute helping her Daddy.  Unfortunately, I didn't get any pictures.

I did however, get pictures of Oliver -I can't stop eating- Komosinski in a food coma after his lunch.

Happy as clam because he just devoured his food and he is now about to pass out.

And now he is passed out.

Wednesday, November 2010 Playdate

HIGH: Playdate with the girls :) AND Swim lessons :) AND Dinner at Grandma and Grandpa's house :)
LOW: We had to rush around to make sure we got a nap in on this busy day :(

Today we got up and went over to Jenn's house to play and have lunch.  The girls are all at a great age now and they all play so well together.

No matter how many toys are around these two would rather play in an empty container :)

The girls had a blast playing with old baby toys.

Frankie is already getting so big!

After lunch at Jenn's we rushed home and took a quick nap and then we were off to swim lessons.  The other little girl isn't going to be coming to class for a few weeks so Claire is the only on in the class!  It reminded me of her first swim class when she was the only one!!  So yet again, Claire has wormed her way into a private swim lesson.  After swim class we went to Grandma and Grandpa's house for dinner.

Oliver loved hanging out with Uncle Kevin.

It's amazing what grown men will do to make a baby smile.

Claire had a blast reading books with Grandma.

It's amazing what a grown woman will do to make a 3 year old smile.

HIGH:  Claire and I rearranged the playroom today :)
LOW: I didn't get many pictures today :(

Since we have been all about the playroom lately I decided that it needed to be re-organized.  Claire doesn't even know what toys she has down there because everything is such a mess.  So we got the vacuum and cleaners and headed downstairs.

Claire spent the rest of the day playing with all of her "new" toys.

HIGH:  Nana and Papa came to visit today :)
LOW: We were tired from the party and didn't get too much done today :(

Today we were sleepy from our big party the night before.  So we just relaxed and hung out all day.  Nana and Papa came for a visit later and we all relaxed and watched the Polar Express.
