The Beach Day 4

HIGH: Another great day at the beach :)
LOW: The weather was a little iffy :(

Last night we slept at the beach.  It was really nice to just relax and not have to drive home but we all slept in one room and Oliver thought that was just the greatest thing ever.  So much so that it was hard for him to wind down.  During the night he woke up because he lost his binkie.  Instead of just finding his binkie and going back to sleep he noticed that we were in the room with him.  He kept saying "Mommy here!!  Momma sweeping!! Daddy here!!!  Daddy sweeping!! Sissy here too!!!"  We finally found the binkie and he went back to sleep right away but even though he kept us up it was really cute.

Today the weather was a little iffy so we hung out at the cottage all morning.  Oliver loved coloring and drawing with Jenna.

Claire had fun playing games with Grandma.

Claire loved finding a caterpillar with Uncle Tom.

Fuzzy in now a part of our family.  Uncle Tom helped us build a little house for Fuzzy and he now resides on our patio.

We decided to talk a walk down to the break wall.  It was really beautiful there but I have to admit the break wall freaked me out a little bit.

Claire loved it!  She was super excited when we got to the end of the wall and I let her sit on one of the big rocks.

She didn't want to hold my hand at all but of course she would hold Silly Boy's hand.

After our walk we had a nice lunch and a great nap.  After our nap the sun was shining so we headed to the beach before dinner.  We didn't bring any sand toys with us but we had a blast making our own fun in the sand.  We got a little silly and made some creepy stuff but we had a blast!

Claire is really going to miss Silly Boy.  She was already asking when she is going to see him again.  She just adores him and he is so great with her.  It is so nice that we have such a great relationship with Mark's family.  I am really lucky to have such great in laws.

I got some great shots of the kids at the beach today.  The lighting was amazing for pictures.  Here is one of my favorites of Oliver.

Oliver spent a lot of time with Briana (Silly Boy's sister) and they had a blast!

Tomorrow is our last day at the beach with the family there and I am already sad.  We have had so much fun and we are really going to miss them!
