Blueberry Picking!!!

This week is BEACH WEEK!!!  This is one of my most favorite weeks in the summer!  Mark's whole family comes up the beach throughout the week and we all visit and relax!
Oliver has been loving the fishing!!
And he has loved learning how to gut the fish so that we can eat them!
And we all had a blast blueberry picking!!!
 Love my big girl!
The kids had a blast picking the fresh berries!
 So fun!!!
 Brian had the most fun!!!
My girl got me tons of berries for my breakfast!
Even Camden got into it!  Although, I am pretty sure that he ate more than he picked!
These two are the best!  The worked so hard to get me the perfect blueberries!

Happy Birthday Papa!!!

Last week we celebrated my father's 70th birthday!  We all chipped in and got him a new grill!
Happy birthday to the best Papa and Daddy out there!!!

Hockey Camp

Last week Oliver had hockey camp everyday  from 8-4pm!  It was a long week but he absolutely LOVED it!!  He was so tired every day when he came home that he would just lay on the floor and tell me all about his day!
I didn't get too many pictures this week but there is Oliver (in the back with his stripe on his helmet and his foot up) skating away!  Poor kid was sooo tired that he could barely skate the last game but he gave it his all!
All I know is that he is the cutest little skater out there and he LOVES to play!!!
He even got a little play book at the end!!!

Another Amazing Beach Day!

Well today was another gorgeous day! Oliver had hockey camp but me, Claire, and Grandma didn't have anything going on this afternoon so we headed to the beach!
Once Oliver was done at camp Mark brought him up and we all enjoyed this gorgeous day!
Oliver even got some fishing in! He caught two fish and was super pumped about it!
My little fisherman!
After some fishing we walked over to Cabana Sams for a great dinner on the patio!
I LOVE SUMMER!!!

Beach Day!

The weather was finally nice enough for a beach day!
So we packed up the kids and headed to my favorite place!
The kids had a blast playing with Camden!
Claire couldn't get enough of Liam!  She loved chatting away with him in his tent.
Claire loved smooching Liam up!  I can still remember when Claire and Oliver were the babies on the beach and the other "big kids" would take care of them.  I can't believe Claire is now that "big kid"!

OP Ice Cream Social

We had a great time at the OP Ice Cream Social! We missed the ice cream because Claire had her last soccer game but we still had a blast watching the fireworks with friends!
The kids enjoyed their "cold smores"!
The boys had fun being silly!!
And us grown ups had fun chatting! It was a great night!

Beach Day

The weather has been a little iffy this summer so beach days have been few and far between!  But every year my girlfriend and her kids come down to the my in laws cottage and we did not plan on skipping it this year! So we were gonna hit the beach no matter what the weather was like!
We packed up a bunch of stuff and headed down!
Well, the weather ended up being amazing and the kids had a BLAST!
These two may have had the most fun!  I swear they are the same child!!!!

Jellystone

Well, we had another amazing year at Jellystone!
The kids were so excited to see each other when we all arrived!  The first night we all unpacked and just relaxed around the campsite and the playground.
Day two we hit the water first thing in the morning!
Then there was a tornado alert and we rushed back to our cabins!  I really didn't mind it though!  We played some Uno and got to relax a bit!
It gave me a chance to just relax and read my book.
And the kids attempted to make slime.  It didn't work but they had a blast trying!
It finally cleared up just in time for dinner.
Harper was so cute hanging out with the girls!
Then it was time to get all cozy and head to bed!
The kids love sleeping in the bunk beds.
The next morning the weather was beautiful so we headed to the water!
This year the girls were big shots and could go out on their own in the boats.  I still can't believe that they are old enough to go out there alone!!!!!!
After a great dinner and some fun visitors we headed out for some fishing!
 Claire caught a big one!
Oliver didn't get one but he wasn't giving up just yet!
They fished for a while but the fish weren't really biting!
The next day the weather was a little yucky so we skipped the water and decided to do some other fun stuff.
This year the got rid of the pedal carts and now they have a huge jumping pillow which the kids LOVED!
Then the kids did laser tag and Mark tried his hand at GaGa Ball!
After that we decided to tie dye some shirts.  Things got a little silly and Oliver got sprayed with some dye!
We had a whole team working on it and we got all of the dye off of Oliver's face!
After the shirts the kids decided that they didn't care about the weather and they wanted to play at the beach.  So we headed down to the water.
Nana and Papa came up for a visit and the kids were thrilled to see them!
After dinner Oliver couldn't wait to do a little fishing with Papa.
So we all headed down for some fun!
Harper fished for a bit but really loved hanging out with everyone!
She did fish a little bit with her new pole!
Mark caught a big one too!!
Then it was time to head down to the "Hey, Hey, Hey Ride"!
I love how much fun the kids have at Jellystone but I have to say that I love hanging out with two of my greatest friends!  I love just sitting around chatting and relaxing together!!!

But these little monsters really make the trip fun!
Seriously, could they be any cuter?!
The boys loved the hey ride!
The annual picture with Yogi!
All my favorite Jellystone buddies!!!
After the hey ride it was back to the fire to enjoy our last night!
The next morning we sadly packed everything up and headed home.  But not before we got one last trip in to the water park!
The kids loved every last second at Jellystone!
I absolutely love this trip and I am so sad when it is over every year.  I can't believe that this was our 6th year coming here!  Every year the kids get a little older and I get a little sad thinking that they will be a whole year older next time we come!!!

'TIL NEXT YEAR JELLYSTONE!!!!
