Chris & Lauren's Wedding

Last week my cousin Lauren got married!
It was a beautiful wedding!
Lauren was a beautiful bride!!
Claire and Oliver loved getting all dressed up for the special day.
Claire was very busy handing out the programs at church.
I love these two handsome guys.
We all had a great time at the reception.
Claire loved dancing with Nana and Papa.
Oliver, on the other hand, didn't make it past dinner.
Some of my most favorite ladies.
Not the best picture but I loved seeing my Nonny all dressed up enjoying her great granddaughter's wedding.
Claire and I had fun taking some selfies.
Wedding Family Selfie!

Overall, the wedding was absolutely gorgeous!  I still can't believe that my little cousin Lauren is a married woman!  But Chris is a great guy and we are so happy to have him as an official part of our family.  Love you guys!

Valentine's Day

Another Valentine's Day came and went this year.  I will say that I loved the way that we celebrated this year.
We took the kids to Panera for a romantic dinner and then we all headed to the movies to see the Spongebob movie.  I swear there is nowhere else in the world that I would rather have  been on the one day of the year that we celebrate love.

The kids had a "cold day" on the Friday before Valentine's day so their parties were pushed back.  Even though that was kind of a bummer the kids loved getting their valentines ready for all of their friends.
Claire wanted to write a special valentine to each one of her classmates.
And Oliver did a great job writing his name on each one of his friend's valentines.

This was the first year that I didn't really have to help them too much.  It was really sweet to watch them do this all by themselves but, I was also a little sad that they are getting so old.

Mark and I celebrated Valentine's day later in the week with a special grown up date night.

So overall, Valentine's Day 2015 was perfect.

Waterpark

Last month we had yet another great time in Batavia!  Grandma and Grandpa spoiled us all by taking us to a great hotel/waterpark!
The kids love this tradition and so do us adults!
Claire and Oliver loved playing in the water.
But their favorite part was playing with their cousins and Aunt Erin!
And of course, spending time with Grandma.
Kayden loved the water this year.  And he loved kissin' his cousin.
Oliver and I spent about 45 minutes relaxing in the hot tub.  He told me all kinds of stories about dragons and dinosaurs.  I loved just getting some time to sit and chat with my buddy (with no interruptions).
I love these clowns.
The kids had such a great time that they passed out all snuggled up together.  It was so sweet.

I can't wait until next year!

The Wizard Of Oz

This year Claire was chosen to be a munchkin in her school's fifth grade play!  We are so proud of her!!  She a great time being in the show and we had a great time watching it!
Here is my little munchkin (minus her adorable flower hat).  We had a great time getting her costume!
Their first performance was during the school day on Thursday.  Claire was so excited to wear her t-shirt to school (which had to wash so that she could wear it on Friday too).
The set designs were amazing!  Claire's school really does an amazing job.  Here are all of the munchkins, they were soooo adorable!  Claire is in the front with the red top and suspenders.
Here is Claire right before here show on Thursday night!
She was so ready!
We weren't allowed to use flash photography so I did the best that I could.  Here are some shots of my baby on stage.

We are so proud of our little munchkin!  She did so well!!!
We love you Claire!!!

New Year's Eve!

For New Year's Eve this year we invited some friends over for our usual dinner.  We had such a great time!  I am not sure who had more fun, us or the kids!
Mark and Nick did a great job grilling and getting dinner ready!
And the kids loved using the fancy plates.

This year I set up a little "Photo Booth" for the kids to take some fun pictures!
Besties.
Mustache Charlie.
Nicholas and all the ladies.
Baby New Year.
Sassy Mamas.
Me and my favorite guy.
Jessica and her favorite guy.
After lots of fun and TONS of eating it was time for the ball drop!
The kids loved putting on their jammies and making some noise!
Me and the ladies trying to organize a group picture.
Almost there.
Got it!!
And the boys couldn't be left out!

It was another great New Year's Eve celebration.  I look forward to the year 2015 and all of the great memories it will bring!!!!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Merry Christmas!

Well, I am finally going to blog about our Christmas!  Even though it has taken me awhile to blog about, that doesn't mean it wasn't a wonderful Christmas. We had yet another amazing holiday!
We started out with our Christmas Before Christmas at Nana and Papa's house!
The kids love opening their presents and wearing their jammies!
Susie had the best jammies this year!  They were full jammies complete with a butt flap!
It was a great Christmas Before Christmas!
Then it was time for Christmas Eve!  The kids loved helping Mark make cookies.
Thank God Mark can bake, because I am pretty bad at it!
On Christmas Eve Santa stopped by and brought Oliver a big Toothless!
And he brought Claire her Lucky Care Bear!
The kids loved seeing Santa!
And we loved seeing him too!
Nana and Papa had to pose for a picture too!
Everyone wanted a piece of Santa!
Susie and I couldn't be left out!
I love these two Christmas Angels!
Nana and her grandbabies.
And Papa couldn't be left out of a picture!
After everyone left, Santa came!!!
The kids were a blast Christmas morning!  Oliver was thrilled that he got his "Dragon Teeth"!
Claire couldn't wait to play some of her new games with Daddy!
We all had fun playing Twister!
After the madness of opening all of the presents, I love watching the kids play with all of their toys.
For Oliver this was the Christmas of Dragons.  He had a blast playing with all of his new Dragon stuff!
And when he got bored with that, he would go and color in his Dragon coloring book.
But then it was right back to his dragon games.
After playing with all of our toys we had a great day visiting our families.  It was another amazing Christmas.
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
